The large three-bedroom apartment not only offers direct access immediately in front of the property down the steps to Towan Beach, but is within very short walking distance of the high-street, harbour, all of Newquay’s amenities and night life.

The apartment has been designed with a passion for detail and only quality materials and furnishings have been used throughout - with a power shower in the master en-suite and whirlpool baths in the two up-stair en-suite bathrooms.

Accomodation

Apartment Four is a duplex set on the second and third floor of the former Edwardian hotel recently converted into four large luxury apartments. A three-bedroom (all en-suite) property providing a perfect holiday escape, the spacious accommodation provides ample space for relaxing and entertaining.

The main property

The entrance hallway – to the right leads down to the master bedroom, to the left stairs up to bedrooms two and three. Directly opposite the front door lies the large L shaped open plan living area.

The front of the property has two three-seater sofa’s, coffee tables, smart TV and the large bay window with stunning views across Towan Beach and beyond. This leads to the dining area with a large table and six chairs, and onto the fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful modern kitchen area features solid granite worktops, a range of inbuilt appliances including an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Bedrooms

The large master bedroom with king-size double bed features a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, TV, en-suite bathroom with multipoint shower unit and large contemporary curved glass wash basin.

Bedrooms Two and Three - Both large upstairs bedrooms both have one single and one double bed, velux windows with views over the bay and en-suite bathrooms finished in Jerusalem stone with whirlpool baths. Note. Headroom is restricted in some part of the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.

Bed linen and towels are supplied, high chair is available if required. One standard car parking space is available.
